Don't get me wrong, I think the concept is fantastic — but I'm worried we might be losing sight of our original goal here, which is actually getting the app out.

We should be thinking about how to keep it bare-bones — strip out everything we don't absolutely need.

What matters most is getting the app out fast enough to beat them to the punch — by the time they catch on, we're already established.
